The popular North Indian creamy sweet pudding “Phirni” made with the season special Mango which adds up to the richness. It is exotic dessert with goodness of saffron. It is very much similar to our south indian rice kheer. It is another festival delight that is prepared during Holi, Eid and other special occasions.
This recipe is very special as I made these using home grown and organically ripened mangoes.
