In a quest of all forgotten recipes of family I got bumped into this lovely recipe of my Maternal Grandmother which she used to make especially for the new bridegrooms of relatives when they visit her and fondly recollected by my mom as “Mapillai Palagaaram” My mom told me this recipe and immediately we made this for her own Mapillai 😉😉

A simple and easy to make steamed dish “Thaambaala Paniyaram” as it is poured on to plates and steamed 😊 Happy to add this to my list of recipes and share with you all ♥️
