When you get abundance of home grown Coconuts this is what you can do to store them “Roasted Coconut Garlic Podi” which can be paired with Idly, Dosa, Paniyaram and even as an accompaniment for Variety Rice. Mom always make this whenever we travel along with Lemon rice, Tamarind Rice and Curd rice 😊 Good old days ❤️
