A fresh bunch of Vallarai leaves brought by a friend from her native made into good use as Poriyal, Rasam and the left over shade dried leaves were made into this healthy and tasty Idly Podi with nutritious flax seeds. I had previously posted Vallarai Rice mix in this series. This can be used even as an additive to your buttermilk. I even mix it with Dosa batter and pour them as Paniyarams.
