Am really happy to see the fresh batch of Thuduvalai plants growing in pots (grown through seeds). Wanted to make some Tangy and healthy Thogayal as an accompaniment for Curd Rice (Couldn’t think of any other better food in this scorching summer). This is a very simple yet tasty recipe to use the homegrown fresh Thuduvalai leaves which is an excellent remedy for cold and cough. Made this especially for my mom who is recovering from flu.
