Another signature recipe of Malabar with a healthy variation which I made for the Organic Kitchen Series two years back. After converting a whole batch of fresh and sweet home grown Jack fruit into Chakkavaratti stock to use the whole year, a portion into Paniyarams, icecream and milkshakes, I made some yummy recipes using the preserved Jack fruit Seeds .Yes it is Jack fruit Seeds Payasam / Chakka Kuru Pradhaman. I have used Panamkalkandu (Palm Candy) instead Jaggery with goodness of home grown coconut.
