Mangai Pachadi – Thanjavur Style

This is my Mom’s signature recipe and is a must to have recipe on Tamil New Years day in our family. We never add Neem Flowers to this Pachadi instead we make Vepampoo Rasam as a part of the Thali. Every Season this Pachadi is made almost every week and is a very versatile recipe that can go well with Vathal Kuzhambu Rice, Sambar Rice, Rasam Rice or Curd Rice.
