A simple and tasty Chammanthi/Thogayal to try with Raw Mangoes this season. It is a delectable recipe to go with hot steamed rice or hot hot Kanji. Kanji and Chammanthi is a fulfilling and hearty meal anytime for my family. I will soon post our family signature Kanji recipe which I learnt from my Father in law to go with Chammanthi.
