An interesting and tasty recipe that I tried with Sundried Ripened Mangoes, a Khatta Meetha Rice Mix recipe with unique blend of Sweet dried mangoes, ginger and hot Chillies 😍 Absolutely Heaven with Hot Steamed Rice and Gingelly Oil ❤️ Turned out to be a huge hit at home and tasted yumm with curd rice. If you have sour mango Vathal skip tamarind and add a bit of Jaggery.
