A healthy and tasty adai recipe from my friend Chitra Ram. In this recipe she has used Little Millet/Samai and Barnyard Millet/Kudiraivali. With Moringa leaves added this recipe is a nutritious and filling one for sure. Millets are rich in dietary fibre and low in calories. It is a low glycemic and gluten free food. Moringa leaves are rich in Vitamin A, B and C and a store house of important minerals.
