Red Sorghum Dosa / Irungu Cholam Dosa

A tasty and fibre rich dosa which is an healthy alternative for normal dosa, using Red Sorghum / Irungu Cholam. This is very light on stomach and you get paper thin and crispy dosas. This tastes best when served with some spicy and tangy accompaniments.
