Ponnanganni Keerai Idly Chilly Powder

Having shared Kuzhambu Vadai and Thogayal recipe using the healthy Ponnanganni Keerai, I am here today for my Organic Kitchen Series with Ponnanganni Keerai Idly Milagai Podi. I separated the leaves and shade dried them to make this healthy and tasty variation of Idly Podi, as this is the only way I can make my son eat all herbs (as Idly Chilli Powder or Rice Mix). I have shared the health benefits in my earlier posts which you can refer.

Tip : The leaves can be washed, pat dried, and can be stored in refrigerator in a well aerated cloth bag for a week or two, which will give you a dehydrated leaves which is easy to roast and use.
