Citron Garlic Pachadi

Hi All 🙂 Am here today with a tasty Khatta Meetha Pachadi recipe using home grown Citron (Narthangai) for this week’s Organic Kitchen Series. A small twist to usual Narthangai Pachadi with Garlic which is my Mom’s way of making this. I hope you will sure love the flavour and taste of this pachadi. Mom makes this in batches almost every two weeks. Compared to Lemon, Citron is good for digestion and never cause acidity. With added garlic this recipe makes it good for gastric issues.
