Hi all, For this week’s Organic Kitchen am sharing a Post Partum Gravy Recipe (Pathiya Kuzhambu) with goodness of Peppercorns and Coriander seeds. Normally Dried Brinjal is used in this Kuzhambu. A recipe that is often done by my grandma whenever we have cold and fever as well. Truly a lip-smacking and delicious Kuzhambu to make during rainy days to be served with hot steamed rice.
