Happy Thursday to you all 🙂 For this week, am presenting a spicy Chettinad Specialty “Raw Banana Pepper Roast (Chettinad Vazhaikaai Milagu Varuval) using home grown Raw Banana. This spicy fry goes well with Sambar Rice, Rasam Rice and Curd Rice. Very easy to make and definitely a crowd puller recipe.
