Hi all !!! For this week, I am sharing here an exotic Thogayal using Green Peppercorns and Mango Ginger. I made this Thogayal today after finishing up the Grahanam fasting, to go with Steamed Rice. We absolutely enjoyed the blend and it is a must try during this season where Green Peppercorns and Mango Ginger are in abundance in the Market. This goes well with Rasam and Curd Rice too.
