Happy new year and beginning of a new decade dear all 🎉🎉🎉 I am bit late posting this recipe here (I posted this in Organic Garden Forum last week) in the blog, as I really got held up with work 🙏 This is the season of fresh cow peas and the market is flooded with fresh Cow peas. Separating them from pods is quite laborious but worth it. I got fresh cow peas in bulk on the way back from weekend trip to Pondicherry to make the best use of it. Here is a tasty Kuzhambu using fresh cow peas and garlic to try this season.
