Hello all 🙂 I am here today to share another Healthy Podi Variety using the nutritious Dill Leaves / Sabbasige Soppu. I had shared Thogayal, Idly Podi, Vadai recipes using Dill Leaves and this recipe is a slight variation of the Thogayal “Dill Leaves Chutney Podi” which can be stored in refrigerator for at least a week to be mixed with hot steamed rice or can be used to sprinkle on Dosa. I shade dried the leaves for a day and used it in this recipe. This is a spicy variation of Dill Leaves Podi and you can adjust the spice levels as per your preference.
