Hi dear all 🙂 For this week Organic Kitchen, it is a tasty and yummy recipe of Malabar cuisine using baby Jack fruit/ Tender Jack fruit (Palamusu in Tamizh). Got the baby Jack fruit from hometown. I usually make Masala Kuzhambu and Spicy Masala which are my mom’s signature recipes. This time it is my MIL’s special Idichakka Thoran / Baby Jack fruit Stir Fry (Palamusu Poriyal). This can be eaten as is and also go well with any meal.
