Hi all 🙂 Here is another healthy and easy to prepare dish using Naatu Ponnanganni greens. I had shared the health benefits and few other recipes here. This recipe is the best way to harness the health benefits of this greens. This can be mixed with hot steamed rice with ghee. People (especially for children) who want to gain healthy weight can take this regularly.
