Kodo Millet Idly

Hi all !!! Here is a healthy Millet Idly recipe using Kodo Millet / Varagu. Varagu is rich in Phytophenols and flavonoids, apart from antioxidants. It is rich in fibre and is good for gut health. Addition of Poha and Methi seeds gives a soft spongy texture to the idlies.
