Hello dear all đŸ™‚ For this week’s Organic Kitchen, I am sharing a healthy and curative Chutney Recipe using Thuduvalai Leaves / Purple Fruited Pea Eggplant. I had shared many recipes using this medicinal herb here earlier. Check out those recipes for knowing the benefits of this leaves. We have this herb in small pots at home and I make use of the leaves to make Chutney once in a week, Rasam or herbal concoction when nay of us have cold. This is easy to grow at home and needs less maintenance. The flowers can also be used with milk which is good for heart health, which I have shared too.
Here is the simple chutney recipe using fresh, tender Thuduvalai leaves and Coconut.
