Hello dear all š This week I am sharing a healthy, medicinal recipe using Fresh Avarampoo Flowers / Tanner’s Cassia Flowers which I myself harvested directly from plants during my recent trip to our family deity temple in a village near GangaiKonda Cholapuram. I make tea, vadai and chutney using this and I wanted to share the yummy Thogayal recipe here. I will soon share the other recipe here which I had shared in my FB pages.

Note : Use only the petals. Clean carefully as it will have worms occasionally. Also removing stalks and stamens will reduce bitterness. Add the flowers at last while sautƩing and immediately switch off on adding flowers.
Serve with hot steamed rice with a spoon of cold pressed gingelly oil.
