Hi all 🙂 Hope you are all staying safe at home. I am sharing a simple and healthy instant idli recipe using sooji/rava (used Naga Brand) to try these quarantine days. Masala Rava Idly – This is a favorite one at home compared to plain rava idlies. I make sure I add more vegetables to it. Normally I add Peas, cashews but due to limited resources, I have skipped them here and used only carrot and beans which started wilting. I have not used baking soda here (I prefer to make it a healthy way) but still you get soft idlies. I suggest it to be paired with any coconut based chutney.
