Hello dear all 🙂 Here is an interesting recipe using farm fresh Brinjals, Restaurant Style Karakuzhambu / Arachuvitta Karakuzhambu. A flavourful recipe that goes well with steamed rice, curd rice, even idly, dosa and pongal too. I paired with Idlies as I got the Brinjals from the farm.
