Hello dear all 🙂 As mentioned in my previous post I am sharing my Mom’s signature Idly Sambar / Tiffin Sambar with her special aromatic heavenly spice blend which is all time favorite of every family member including current kutties generation 😍 with her magical touch. You can make the Magical Mix as a batch and store in refrigerator. The vegetables recommended in the recipe are the best suited ones. Mom always make this sambar along with Nadar Mess Chutney for piping hot cloth steamed idlies.
