Hello dear all π Here is a variation of usual tomato chutney which you can store in the refrigerator for a week. It goes well with Idly, Dosa and even Pongal. I have used Byadgi chillies here which gives a nice color. You can replace it with normal red chillies and you can choose the quantity as per your preferred spice levels. Country tomatoes are best suited for this.
