Hi all š Here is an interesting recipe to be paired with Idlies and Dosas. It is a delicacy from Chettinad, Katharikai Kosumalli. I had shared this recipe in many food forums, multiple times but somehow I missed updating this here. This became a favorite recipe in few of my friends’ households too. I often make this as it is one of the family favorites. I got farm fresh brinjals two days before with which I made this to go with Idlies. An easy to make recipe with minimal ingredients.
