Rosapoo Chutney- Mayavaram Special

Hello dear all ๐Ÿ™‚ Here is an interesting and easy to make chutney recipe from the native of my mom. Such a fascinating name it has, Rosapoo Chutney which is the specialty of Mayavaram. We make this chutney when we are in a hurry and it is a no-cook recipe. Tadka is optional, you can just add oil to the mix and it can be made in minutes. The only thing that is mandatory is Shallots (Chinna Vengayam) and Country Tomatoes (Naatu Thakkali), as they give the unique taste to this. Coconut oil enhances the flavor and taste but you can add gingelly oil too.
