Hello dear all 🙂 Here I am with another popular podi recipe of Andhra, The Karam Podi / Nalla Karam Podi. I always stock this podi at home to be added to various dishes, and to make Podi Idly, Tawa Idly, Masala Fried Idly, and Karam Podi Dosa. This is one of the family favorites. This is for those who love super spicy food. Toss the Mini Idlies with a general dose of this Podi and cold-pressed gingelly oil, some cashews, sliced onions, and curry leaves for Yummy Andhra Podi Idly.
