Hi all 🙂 Here is a recipe out of leftover Semiya upma / vermicelli upma that I tried recently which was liked by the family. I am not a fan of Vermicelli Upma neither the boys but ended up making upma due to the restricted ingredients we get during this lockdown. I quickly ended up making this leftover upma vadai for the evening snack and it got over in minutes with Tomato Ketchup.
