Piyush – A Gujarati Cooler

Another interesting cooler that is native of Gujarat which you can relish this summer – Piyush and this one is my personal favorite next to Komal. As though I had posted some 100+ Summer Coolers as a part of my Summer Coolers Series a few years back, I couldn’t update the recipes here. Happy this summer is giving me some time to record those recipes posted in Facebook food forums. A very flavorful and delicious Indian summer cooler to enjoy.
