Another healthy Dosai using the Miracle Pulse, Horsegram / Kollu. Check out my Kollu Rasam Recipe for its health benefits. I call it golden crispy dosa because of its beautiful golden color. It goes well with any spicy chutney and it is one of our family’s favorite dosai, as my son loves this. This time I paired it with Pirandai Poondu Chutney.

I soak it early in the morning, grind it during lunch and it will be ready to make dosas for dinner. It turns out really crispy. It is a tasty and healthy option to include in the diet.
