Curry leaves are the Power House of Nutrients, owing to its high content of Vitamin A, B, and C along with good amounts of Iron and Calcium. For this Week’s Organic Kitchen, I am sharing a healthy and tasty recipe using Curry Leaves, Karivepilai Sadham / Karivepilai Soru, which is a specialty of Chettinad. During these lockdown days, this has become our staple meal once a week. We get very minimal vegetables and we prefer to stay home instead of going out during this pandemic. I make use of the curry leaves that I get in abundance from Home Garden apart from Moringa leaves, Thuduvalai, Pirandai, Karpooravalli, Mint, and Mudakkaruthaan greens.
