KarupuKavuni (BlackRice) Sponge Dosa

I am experimenting with Idly and Dosa combinations using the Heirloom Rice Varieties that I got directly from the farmer. Here is the Sponge Dosa Recipe using Black Rice/ KarupuKavuni Rice which is rich in antioxidants and you will definitely fall in love with the texture and the lovely purple color. Will start posting all the possible varieties you can make with this rice and Mapillai Samba Rice. I got this batter fermented in less than 8 hours and the fermentation time differs according to the place you live in.
