Hi all 🙂 When I was thinking about what should I post for this week’s Organic Kitchen, my vegetable vendor lady who brings some farm fresh veggies from nearby villages brought some fresh bunch of Naatu Ponnanganni Keerai. Having posted a good number of recipes with this healthy green, this time I thought of making this tasty and healthy Rasam / Soup using a portion of it. It has a burst of flavors with freshly ground spices and tastes really good with the coconut milk added.
