Hi all 🙂 Here’s an interesting recipe to my Lispsmacking Chutney Series, a delicacy from Chettinad which has my simple twist of Garlic and Coriander Seeds added to enhance the flavor. Most of the Chettinad Recipes make use of these two veggies combo. A Spicy chutney that goes well with Idly, Dosa, and even this can be made as Thogayal to have with Rice. Violet / Purple Brinjals are preferable for this chutney.
