Another No ferment Dosa recipe using the KarupuKavuni rice which is my personal favorite, KaliKanji Dosa / Kali Kindina Dosa. I make this with normal Raw Rice but this time as a part of this KarupuKavuni Series. You can use normal Raw Rice instead of the heirloom variety I have used.
