Vepampoo Poondu Kuzhambu

Hi all 🙂 For this week’s Organic Kitchen, it is a medicinal Kuzhambu using dried Neem Flowers and Garlic. Neem Flower has a lot of health benefits and an excellent detox. It purifies the blood. Garlic is an excellent immune builder. This gravy is very simple and easy to make yet very tasty with that slight bitterness, combined with the sourness of tamarind and sweetness from jaggery.
