Hope you are all staying safe and healthy. For this week’s organic kitchen, it is another healthy and therapeutic Podi using the nutritious Agathi Keerai / Sesbania grandiflora
It has lot of nutritional and curative benefits. I got two big bunches of Agathi Keerai from the Keerai vendor. I dries a part of the leaves and made this delicious and healthy podi to go with rice.
It boosts immunity and prevents infection. It cures mouth and stomach ulcers. It regulates diabetes and cholesterol. This greens also strengthens bones abs facilitate digestion. Just mix this with hot steamed rice and a dollop of ghee. A great appetiser as well.
