Hi all 🙂 Here is a very healthy Thogayal recipe using another Superfood, the Banana Florets / Vazhaipoo. The health and medicinal benefits of this Banana Florets are innumerable. They are very good for diabetic patients to keep their sugar levels under check. It improves lactation in nursing mothers. It is rich in Vitamins A, C and E, loaded with fibre and has good amounts of potassium. It also cures menstrual problems in women, aids in weight loss and rich in antioxidants. Including Banana florets in your meal at least once in a week will help in maintaining gut health. I have used homegrown Banana Florets, coconut and Kodampuli from native home garden in this recipe. Using Ghee or Gingelly oil is recommended for getting the complete health benefits of this superfood.
