Hi all Another healthy and medicinal Kuzhambu for this week’s Organic Kitchen using homegrown fresh Mudakkaruthaan Keerai. I have shared Podi, Soup, and chutney recipes earlier here apart from Dosa which everyone does. This is a very tasty Kuzhambu with the goodness of Pepper and garlic. I have used homegrown drumstick in this recipe which can be replaced with Brinjal.
