Inji Thogayal

Hi all 🙏 Here is a very simple yet tasty and healthy Thogayal with farm fresh Ginger and Coconut.

A digestive recipe that can be made quick and goes well with hot steamed rice, curd rice, Kanji. We make this often at home as it helps in digestion as well as induce appetite. Ginger is known to have many medicinal properties, anti inflammatory and anti oxidant properties. It helps in treating nausea and eases menstrual cramps.

This is a roasted and dry ground Thogayal hence you can store it for two or three days in refrigerator. It also goes well with Tamarind and Lemon rice.
