Hi all 🙂 I am sharing another healthy and tasty Vadai recipe using farm fresh Raw Papaya which has lot of health benefits and are rich in nutrients. I had earlier shared Raw Papaya Pulinkari under Kuzhambu Series, where I had discussed the benefits of including Raw Papaya in diet. Slowly materialising the motto of procuring rice, millets and vegetables directly from farmers and this week I got some fresh Pumpkin, Raw Papaya, Red Amaranth, Country Corn, Yam etc.,
I used Raw Papaya to make Thoran with Cowpeas which is family favorite and today I made this tasty Vadais which are crispy outside and spongy inside.
