AgathiKeerai Podi Potta Kuzhambu

A very healthy and medicinal green which acts as an excellent detox agent, Agathi Keerai (Sesbania grandiflora). It has lot of curative properties and is used in Siddha widely for many ailments. It helps in treating mouth and stomach ulcers, aids in wound healing and cures acidity. Using this highly beneficial Agathi Keerai once in a while in our diet is beneficial. This Kuzhambu recipe is very appetising and tasty. The ground powder that is used in this Kuzhambu makes it taste best with hot steamed rice and desi ghee.
