In my Thokku Series, another flavourful, spicy, Andhra style Pudhina / Mint Thokku recipe made using home grown fresh mint leaves.Mint is known to have antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties. It is packed with phytonutrients and antioxidants, rich in Vitamin A, B complex and C. It is known to cure indigestion issues.
This is an absolutely flavourful and tangy recipe with the goodness of Coriander seeds. You can have this with idly, Dosa or even mix it with rice to make Masala Pudhina Rice, also goes well with curd rice.
