Hope you all are doing good and staying safe. Covid is still here, so let us be more careful and follow all safety measures to overcome this pandemic. For this week I am sharing a healthy thogayal using Coriander seeds / Dhaniya / Kothamalli Vidhai.
Coriander Seeds has a huge lot of medicinal and health benefits the prime most being it reduces the bad cholesterol levels in our body. It regulates the blood pressure, prevents anaemia, reduce skin inflammation and treat ulcers. These seeds are known to be very good for bone health and has antibiotic and anti allergic properties.
