Happy to post my 300th recipe on this auspicious Guru Purnima day. I thank each one of those who follows my blog and leave comments, feedback. The support and motivation from you people keeps me going. Karah Prasad / Kada Prasad – This is one popular recipe that is offered as Prasad in Gurudwara and it’s everyone’s favorite I must say. I make this whenever I do SaiBaba Pooja at home and it happens to be the go to sweet many a times. Whenever I make this, my sweet memories take me back to 2000 where I happened to visit the Golden Temple at Amritsar, as a part of my college All India Tour.

It just needs 4 ingredients and nothing fancy about it. Few add nuts, cardamom etc., but I always prefer the original version.
