Pudalangai Paal Kuzhambu

Hi all, For this week’s organic kitchen I am sharing with you all another traditional and flavourful Kuzhambu using farm-fresh Pudalangai / Snake gourd – Pudalangai Paal Kuzhambu. This is another recipe that I learnt from my neighbour aunty few years back as she often makes it. Addition of milk was totally new to me when I learnt this, and it gives an awesome flavour and texture to this gravy.

Snake gourd is a healthy vegetable that aids in weight loss, promotes heart health, resolves acid reflux issues, and enhances digestion. It is also proven to reduce stress and anxiety.
