Besan Bread Toast

A simple yet tasty breakfast that can be made quickly if you have few slices of bread in your pantry. This recipe of Besan Bread Toast is my Son’s favorite. You can make this for breakfast which can be quickly grabbed and relished on busy school day mornings and can be served with tea as an evening snack.

You can make this recipe healthier by adding finely chopped or grated veggies of your choice, like beetroot, capsicums, baby corn even some greens. Grated cheese can be added to the top to make it more appealing for the kids. I have used Whole Wheat Bread slices here which can be replaced with Multi-millet Bread or any Multi-grain bread.
